5. International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, shipments may be delivered under DDU / Delivered Duty Unpaid terms.

This means any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees may be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Small home and lifestyle products usually have simple clearance, but fees may still apply depending on local regulations

6. Changes or Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly after purchase.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

Your satisfaction matters to us, and we will do our best to help resolve delivery issues.

Damaged Items:

After review, we may arrange a replacement or another suitable solution.

Lost Packages:
